Blumenkohl in mundgerechte R\u00f6schen teilen, mit 3 Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l, Salz und Pfeffer in einer Sch\u00fcssel gut vermischen. Auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech verteilen. In der Mitte des Ofens 30 Minuten backen.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In der Zwischenzeit Zwiebel und Knoblauch fein w\u00fcrfeln. Speck in Streifen schneiden. Speck in einer Pfanne ohne Fett braten. Zwiebeln und Knoblauch zugeben und kurz mitbraten. In eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emmentaler AOP reiben. Majoran Bl\u00e4ttchen grob hacken. Mit der Speckmischung vermengen. Masse in die Koteletts f\u00fcllen und gut festdr\u00fccken.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nach 30 Minuten Backzeit Ofentemperatur auf 160 Grad reduzieren. 2 Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l in einer Bratpfanne erhitzen. Koteletts w\u00fcrzen und auf jeder Seite ca. 2 Minuten scharf anbraten.
