Mit einem L\u00f6ffel zusammendr\u00fccken, damit das Fleisch zusammenh\u00e4lt.\r\nAuf einen Teller setzen und den Ausstecher entfernen.\r\nMit einem Hobel aus dem Emmentaler AOP Sp\u00e4ne hobeln.\r\nEine Limette in Scheiben und daraus d\u00fcnne Schnitze schneiden.\r\nDen Tatar mit Sp\u00e4nen aus Emmentaler AOP belegen.
