Die Mischung mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen, aufkochen lassen und \u00fcber die Brotw\u00fcrfel giessen. Alles mischen und ausk\u00fchlen lassen.\r\n\r\nPetersilie, Eier und K\u00e4se zur Brotmischung dazugeben. Nun alles gut mit den H\u00e4nden durchkneten, mit Muskat, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Die Mischung 15 Minuten ziehen lassen.\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In einem grossen <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kochtopf <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wasser zum Kochen bringen und salzen. Auf ein sauberes K\u00fcchentuch die Brotmasse geben und zu einer <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rolle (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d8 ca. <\/span>7cm) formen, diese im Tuch zusammenrollen und die Enden mit K\u00fcchengarn gut zuschn\u00fcren.\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Kn\u00f6delrolle ins Wasser geben und 20 Minuten garen \u2013 ab und zu wenden. Anschliessend die Rolle aus dem Wasser nehmen und ausk\u00fchlen lassen.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6l, Essig, Zucker, Zitronensaft und <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">die geriebene Zitronenschale <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">zu einer Salatsauce verr\u00fchren und mit Salz abschmecken. Beiseitestellen.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Kn\u00f6delrolle auspacken und in <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fingerbreite <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scheiben schneiden.
