Butter und Honig in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen, etwas Zitronenthymian und Aprikosenh\u00e4lften dazugeben und f\u00fcr etwa 3 Minuten anbr\u00e4unen.\r\n\r\nEine Sch\u00f6pfkelle vom Pancake-Teig in eine Pfanne mit Butter geben und ein wenig geriebenen Schweizer Emmentaler AOP dazugeben. Sobald kleine Luftblasen auf der Oberfl\u00e4che erscheinen, den Pancake wenden und die andere Seite fu\u0308r ca. 30 Sekunden br\u00e4unen, warmstellen.
