These wine barrels made of Emmentaler AOP cheese and filled with grapes are not only a tasty treat, but also really eye-catching \u2013 not to mention the perfect accompaniment for fine wines.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To create the wine barrel, first hollow out a large apple. Next use toothpicks to attach long slices of Emmentaler AOP all the way round as the wooden staves. Tie a long stem of chives around the middle of the barrel. The wine barrel is now ready to be filled with grapes.<\/p>\n<p>Make three such wine barrels, then arrange them on a rustic wooden platter and decorate them with grissini breadsticks, rosemary and thyme. Use a handful of grapes to fill the gaps.
