Sweet fruit and hearts made from Emmentaler AOP cheese set a romantic mood and invite you to enjoy the moment with someone special. A perfect cheese board to toast to love and togetherness! <strong>Happy Valentine\u2019s Day!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s how to put it together:<\/p>\n<p>Cut out several large hearts from a flat piece of Emmentaler AOP cheese and place them in a circle in the middle of a round wooden board. Make sure that the hearts alternate up and down.<\/p>\n<p>Now it\u2019s time to add a little colour: cut small circles from a red pepper and place them alternately with round crackers and cherry tomatoes around the circle of hearts. Place a sprig of rosemary and a dried apricot on each of the crackers and a halved strawberry (or other seasonal fruit) on top of the peppers.
