These cute cheese chicks are all cosy in their avocado and rocket nests. These crispy toasts are a really eye-catching addition to your table. Although the chicks made from Emmentaler AOP can\u2019t fly away, they\u2019ll disappear all the more quickly \u2013 so grab one as soon as you can!<\/p>\n

Place a slice of toast on a plate and top it with thin slices of avocado. Add a handful of freshly washed rocket to create a lush green bed. If you like, you can spread mayonnaise on the toast beforehand.<\/p>\n

Cut a chick shape out of a flat piece of Emmentaler AOP cheese and carefully position it on top of the avocado and rocket nest. Don\u2019t forget to cut out a small wing from the remainder of the Emmentaler AOP and place it on top of the chick.<\/p>\n

Make your cheese chick even more realistic with eyes made of a dot of mayonnaise and a peppercorn.<\/p>\n

Now, liven up your plate with a dash of colour: slice spring onions into small rings and halve yellow and red cherry tomatoes. Place a few sprouts around the cheese chick and your spring Holiday toast is ready to serve. Make a few in one go, as these cheese chicks will definitely be the stars of your brunch!<\/p>\n
