Cook until the churros are golden brown<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\n<strong>Emmentaler AOP sauce<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Start by grating the Emmentaler AOP.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Melt the butter in a pan over low heat. Add the single cream.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Once it is hot, add the grated cheese.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Leave to simmer over low heat for around 7 minutes, stirring regularly, until the sauce becomes smooth.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Remove from heat, add the egg yolk to thicken the sauce. Season with a couple of pinches of nutmeg. Add salt and a few grinds of pepper to finish.
