Shape all the pieces into balls. Place the largest piece in the middle of a tray covered with baking paper, and place the small balls flush around it. Don\u2019t forget to hide a king in one of the little balls\u2026<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Leave the balls of dough covered with a kitchen towel for another 30 minutes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Generously brush the balls with the whisked egg, and place the tray on the second-lowest shelf of the oven, which should be preheated to 180\u00b0C (top\/bottom heating).
