Turn over halfway through the cooking time.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Remove from the oven, pur\u00e9e with all the remaining ingredients and season to taste.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\r\n\r\n<strong>Burgers<\/strong>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>Knead the minced beef, breadcrumbs and salt for approx. 45 seconds. Shape into patties. Fry each side in hot oil for about 2\u20133 minutes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>During the last 2 minutes of the frying process, melt a slice of cheese on top of each patty, covering the frying pan with a lid if necessary.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>While this is happening, place the buns in the oven.
