A\u00f1adir los huevos, el Emmentaler DOP y las semillas de s\u00e9samo negro.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Meter la masa en una manga pastelera, formar los churros sobre la freidora (a 150 grados) y fre\u00edrlos durante unos 2 minutos, hasta que los churros est\u00e9n bien dorados.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\n<strong>Salsa al Emmentaler DOP<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Empezar rallando el Emmentaler DOP.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Fundir la mantequilla en un cazo a fuego lento. A\u00f1adir la nata l\u00edquida.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, a\u00f1adir el queso rallado.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Cocinar a fuego lento durante unos 7 minutos, removiendo regularmente, hasta obtener una salsa homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Retirarla del fuego y a\u00f1adir la yema de huevo para espesar la salsa. Condimentar con 2 pizcas de nuez moscada. Para terminar, a\u00f1adir sal y pimienta dando varias vueltas de molinillo.
