Echa los esp\u00e1rragos blancos con el caldo en una olla grande y ancha, t\u00e1pala y deja cocer a fuego lento unos 3 minutos.\u00a0 A\u00f1ade los esp\u00e1rragos verdes y cu\u00e9celos al dente durante otros 7 minutos m\u00e1s.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta los r\u00e1banos en rodajas finas.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poco antes de servir, cuelga el recipiente por encima de un cuenco con agua caliente. Calienta la salsa removi\u00e9ndola hasta que quede suave.
