Corta las zanahorias en rodajitas de 5\u00a0mm y el colinabo en bastoncitos finos de 5\u00a0mm. Parte los tirabeques por la mitad, en diagonal. Cuece la verdura 5-7 minutos al vapor hasta que quede crujiente.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezcla el vinagre, el aceite, la sal y la pimienta hasta formar una salsa. Luego, mezcla las verduras con la salsa. Antes de servir, corta el cebollino en tubitos y a\u00f1\u00e1delos.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezcla la harina y la levadura en polvo en un recipiente. Ralla fino el Emmentaler AOP. Bate los huevos. Echa el queso y los huevos en la harina, condimenta con sal y pimienta y m\u00e9zclalo todo bien. Despu\u00e9s, calienta un poco de mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n. Para cada medall\u00f3n, echa una cucharada de masa y fr\u00edela a fuego medio hasta que se dore, 2 minutos por cada lado.
