Pica el ramito de perejil, a\u00f1\u00e1delo a la mezcla de queso y m\u00e9zclalo bien con las manos.\r\n\r\nPrepara dos bandejas para horno con papel sulfurizado, extiende la masa de hojaldre, corta 12 trocitos de masa en forma de coraz\u00f3n y rep\u00e1rtelos sobre las bandejas. Bate el huevo con un tenedor y unta los corazones de hojaldre.\r\n\r\nDespu\u00e9s sazona la carne con sal y pimienta, esparce la mezcla de queso, apri\u00e9tala ligeramente y coloca los medallones de solomillo de cerdo sobre las piezas de masa de hojaldre.
