P\u00e9lalos, c\u00f3rtalos en trozos trit\u00faralos con el pasapur\u00e9. Saz\u00f3nalos con sal y pimienta y ll\u00e9nalos en cuencos peque\u00f1os.\r\n\r\nLava el apio y elimina las zonas m\u00e1s fibrosas. Corta el pimiento en dos mitades y desgr\u00e1nalo. Corta el apio, el pimiento, el pepino y el queso Emmentaler AOP (D.O.P.) en palitos de 10 cm de largo y 1 cm de espesor. Separa las hojas de albahaca del tallo.\r\n\r\nCorta el tronco de las hojas de lechuga y d\u00f3blalas de forma longitudinal. Ahora reparte los palitos de apio, pimiento, pepino y queso, y las hojas de albahaca.
