Corta el queso Emmentaler AOP en daditos de 1 cm. Parte el pimiento de forma longitudinal, desgr\u00e1nalo y c\u00f3rtalo en tiras finas.\r\n\r\nParte los melones por la mitad, s\u00e1cales los granos y haz bolitas con ayuda de una cuchara saca bolas.
