Despu\u00e9s cu\u00e9celas junto con la pasta en agua hirviendo, hasta que est\u00e9n blandas. Cuela las patatas y la pasta en la coladera y p\u00e1salas por agua fr\u00eda. Prepara las alubias, c\u00f3rtalas por la mitad y cu\u00e9celas tapadas en el caldo de verduras hasta que est\u00e9n crujientes. Aparta 1 dl del caldo de las alubias para elaborar la salsa.\r\n\r\nSeguidamente, tuesta las pipas de girasol en una sart\u00e9n sin grasa, pica el perejil y mezcla ambos ingredientes con el caldo de alubias y el ajo en un recipiente alto y trit\u00faralo con la batidora de mano.
