Cuando est\u00e9n blandas, s\u00e1calas y deja que se enfr\u00eden.\r\n\r\nMientras que cueces las patatas, puedes picar la cebolla y el diente de ajo fino y rehogarlo en mantequilla caliente. A\u00f1ade las espinacas y sigue rehogando hasta que se deshagan, saz\u00f3nalas con sal, pimienta y nuez moscada. Despu\u00e9s cuela las espinacas y esc\u00farrelas ligeramente.\r\n\r\nCorta 100 g de queso Emmentaler AOP (D.O.P.) en daditos de 7 mm y ralla el resto del queso con el rallador fino. Ahora puedes cortar las patatas por la mitad y ahuecarlas un poco con una cuchara.
