Pela las patatas, c\u00f3rtalas por la mitad y en cuatro partes, en rodajas de 5 mm de espesor.\r\n\r\nPica los dientes de ajo, qu\u00edtale las semillas al pimiento, si es necesario, y c\u00f3rtalo en aros peque\u00f1os. Ralla el queso Emmentaler AOP (D.O.P.) con un rallador grueso y pica las nueces pecanas.\r\n\r\nEcha la pasta en una sart\u00e9n grande con agua hirviendo y un poco de sal, unos 7 minutos antes de que est\u00e9 al punto le a\u00f1ades las patatas y las hojas de col rizada y terminar de cocerlo.\r\n\r\nMientras que se cuecen las patatas y la pasta, puedes tostar las nueces pecanas en una sart\u00e9n sin grasa. Saca las nueces de la sart\u00e9n, calienta el aceite y rehoga el ajo y el chile. Por \u00faltimo, mezcla el contenido de la sart\u00e9n con la pasta, las patatas y la col rizada, echa una pizca de sal y pimienta; agrega las nueces pecanas y una parte del queso rallado. Sirve la pasta con el resto de queso.\r\n\r\nSugerencia: Tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar col de Mil\u00e1n en lugar de col rizada.
