Ralla la c\u00e1scara del lim\u00f3n con el rallador fino y exprime el zumo. M\u00e9zclalo con el arroz y el caldo y remu\u00e9velo bien. Tapa la fuente con papel de aluminio y m\u00e9tela en el horno.\r\n\r\nAli\u00f1a las pechuguitas de pollo, envu\u00e9lvelas con las lonchas de jam\u00f3n y col\u00f3calas sobre una bandeja de horno con papel sulfurizado. Despu\u00e9s de 30 minutos, mete las pechugas de pollo junto con el risotto en el horno y deja cocinar otros 15 minutos m\u00e1s.\r\n\r\nCorta 2-3 lonchas finas del queso Emmentaler AOP (D.O.P.) y recorta varias formas de coraz\u00f3n con un cortador de masa; ralla el resto del queso con el rallador fino. Agrega la nata y el queso y m\u00e9zclalos con el arroz.
