A\u00f1ade el zumo de lim\u00f3n, la nata agria descremada, la sal y la pimienta, trit\u00faralo con el tenedor y m\u00e9zclalo bien.\r\n\r\nRalla el queso Emmentaler AOP con un rallador y coloca los totopos de ma\u00edz sobre una bandeja para horno con papel sulfurizado. Corta los chiles por la mitad y qu\u00edtale las semillas. Despu\u00e9s corta los chiles en tiras y los tomates en trozos cuadrados.\r\n\r\nReparte el chile, los tomates y las aceitunas sobre los totopos de ma\u00edz y roc\u00edalos con queso Emmentaler AO (D.O.P.) rallado.\r\n\r\nColoca la bandeja en la parte central del horno, que has calentado previamente a 220 grados, y deja que se tueste unos 10 minutos.
