Bate los huevos en un plato hondo y pica el perejil. Prepara otro plato y mezcla el perejil, el ajo prensado, el queso Emmentaler AOP (D.O.P.), el pan rallado y la c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n con una pizca de sal y pimienta.\r\n\r\nSumerge los bastoncitos de calabac\u00edn en el huevo batido y despu\u00e9s reb\u00f3zalos con la mezcla de queso y pan rallado; col\u00f3calos sobre dos bandejas con papel sulfurizado.\r\n\r\nAhora mete las bandejas en el horno, que previamente has calentado a 180 grados, y deja que se tuesten los bastoncitos unos 20 minutos; dales la vuelta despu\u00e9s de 10 minutos para que se tuesten de forma homog\u00e9nea.\r\n\r\nMientras tanto, puedes preparar la salsa. Qu\u00edtale las semillas al pimiento picante y p\u00edcalo fino.
