Corta los boniatos y el apio en rodajas de 1,5 a 2 cm de espesor, seg\u00fan el tama\u00f1o las puedes partir por la mitad o en cuatro partes. Sazona la verdura con sal y pimienta y rep\u00e1rtela sobre el queso.\r\n\r\nMete las bandejas en el horno a 180 grados y deja que se tueste el queso y las verduras unos 30 minutos. S\u00e1calas del horno y espera 5 minutos hasta que se enfr\u00eden.\r\n\r\nDespu\u00e9s lava bien los can\u00f3nigos y prepara la salsa con vinagre bals\u00e1mico, aceite de oliva, caldo, mostaza, sal y pimienta en un cuenco; a\u00f1ade los can\u00f3nigos y m\u00e9zclalo bien.
