Despu\u00e9s cuece durante unos minutos la cerveza, el az\u00facar y los granos de mostaza. A\u00f1ade el ruibarbo, sigue coci\u00e9ndolo unos minutos, s\u00e1calo y col\u00f3calo en un plato. Sigue cociendo el caldo hasta que se reduzca a la mitad. Vuelve a a\u00f1adir el ruibarbo y deja cocer a fuego lento unos 10 minutos. Ll\u00e9nalo en vasos lavados en agua hirviendo y t\u00e1palos. Si los guardas bien cerrados en el refrigerador se conservan unas 2-3 semanas.\r\n\r\nSeguidamente, precalienta el horno a 200 grados. Reparte las nueces sobre una bandeja de horno con papel sulfurizado. Salp\u00edcalas con manteca l\u00edquida y miel, y m\u00e9zclalas. M\u00e9telas en la mitad del horno, d\u00e1ndoles la vuelta, para que se tuesten por ambas caras.
