Cuece el az\u00facar con el zumo de lim\u00f3n, a\u00f1ade los albaricoques, tapa la olla y deja cocer a fuego lento. Retira la olla tapada de la hornilla y espera a que se enfr\u00ede.\r\n\r\nBate los huevos y m\u00e9zclalos con leche, sazona ligeramente con una pizca de sal, nuez moscada y pimienta molida. Antes de servir, reboza las rebanadas de pan por ambas caras en la leche de huevo, de forma que absorban bien el l\u00edquido.\r\n\r\nPrepara una sart\u00e9n de tefl\u00f3n, \u00fantala con manteca para fre\u00edr y cali\u00e9ntala. Por cada rebanada de pan colocas una cuarta parte del queso en la sart\u00e9n, c\u00fabrela con una rebanada de pan, fr\u00edela a fuego medio y roc\u00edala con otra \u00bc parte de queso Emmentaler AOP (D.O.P.). En cuanto est\u00e9 tostada la cara inferior, le das la vuelta y fr\u00edes la otra cara.
