Mezcla el queso Emmentaler AOP (D.O.P.), el pan rallado casero, el perejil picado y la c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n rallada. Bate los huevos con un poco de sal en un plato sopero e incorpora la harina en un cuenco.\r\n\r\nJusto antes servir el plato, reboza el hinojo con la mezcla de harina, despu\u00e9s con el huevo y al final con la mezcla de queso Emmentaler AOP (D.O.P.). Apri\u00e9talo bien y col\u00f3calo sobre una bandeja de horno con papel sulfurizado, esparce un poco de mantequilla para fre\u00edr. Ahora mete la bandeja en la parte central del horno, precalentado a 170 grados, durante 30 minutos. Si prefieres, puedes utilizar una sart\u00e9n de tefl\u00f3n con mantequilla para tostar los trozos de hinojo.\r\n\r\nSirve el hinojo con medias rodajas de lim\u00f3n.\r\n\r\nTe recomendamos: A principio de temporada, el hinojo a\u00fan est\u00e1 muy tierno, de modo que lo puedes rebozar crudo.
