Bate 5 huevos y sazona con sal y pimienta. Remu\u00e9velos en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de mantequilla hasta que obtengas un revuelto de huevos.\r\n\r\nDivide la masa en ocho tri\u00e1ngulos y col\u00f3calos sobre papel para horno de modo que obtengas un c\u00edrculo en forma de estrella. Despu\u00e9s coloca una loncha de beicon sobre cada punta. Reparte la mitad del queso Emmentaler AOP (D.O.P.) sobre la rosca, esparce el huevo revuelto y roc\u00edalo con el resto del queso Emmentaler AOP (D.O.P.) y salpica con el perejil picado. Dobla las puntas de la estrella hacia el centro. Unta la rosca con el resto del huevo batido.
