Despu\u00e9s retira el agua y escurre los calabacines torci\u00e9ndolos en un pa\u00f1o de cocina, hasta que est\u00e9n bien secos. Mezcla los calabacines con el huevo y el queso Emmentaler AOP (D.O.P.). A\u00f1ade harina, pimienta, sal y ajo, y remu\u00e9velo todo bien, hasta que obtengas una masa firme. Esparce la masa (1 cm de espesor) sobre una bandeja con papel sulfurizado y m\u00e9tela en el horno a 210 grados durante 15-20 minutos. Dale la vuelta y d\u00e9jala cueza en el horno otros 10 minutos m\u00e1s. Por \u00faltimo, dale otra vuelta a la masa.\r\n\r\nEscurre los tomates secos sobre unas hojas de papel de cocina. Corta el jam\u00f3n de Parma en trocitos finos. Una vez que hayas untado la masa de calabac\u00edn con la salsa de tomate, esparces el queso Emmentaler AOP (D.O.P.) rallado, el jam\u00f3n de Parma y los tomates secos.
