Despu\u00e9s pela las patatas y c\u00f3rtalas en rodajas de aprox. 0,5 cm de espesor. Ahora cuece las coles de Bruselas en agua poco salada, hasta que queden blandas y la pasta la cueces tambi\u00e9n en agua con sal hasta que est\u00e9n \u201cal dente\u201d. Unos 5 minutos antes de que terminen de cocerse las patatas las a\u00f1ades a la pasta. Termina por escurrirlo todo bien.\r\n\r\nAhora preparas la salsa: para ello mezcla la leche con la maicena y cu\u00e9celo mientras vas removiendo ligeramente. A\u00f1ade el queso rallado Emmentaler AOP (D.O.P.), deja que cueza a fuego lento, sigue removiendo y sazona al gusto.
