Pica la cebolla en trocitos y pela las verduras y c\u00f3rtalas en daditos o en rodajas de 1,5 cm de espesor. Mezcla la cebolla picada con la verdura y hi\u00e9rvelas al vapor en una sart\u00e9n con aceite unos 10 minutos. Agrega el caldo de verdura, tapa la sart\u00e9n y d\u00e9jalo que siga cociendo a fuego lento unos 15 minutos m\u00e1s.\r\n\r\nAhora escurre bien las lentejas, retira la hoja de laurel y a\u00f1\u00e1delas a la sopa de verdura.\r\n\r\nSepara como una parte de la sopa en un recipiente alto y p\u00e1sala por el pasapur\u00e9, despu\u00e9s vuelve a echarla en la sart\u00e9n. Corta la manzana en daditos, a\u00f1\u00e1delos a la sopa y deja cocer a fuego lento unos 2-3 minutos.
