Luego, cu\u00e9celas en agua con sal hasta que est\u00e9n blandas. Mientras tanto, pela y corta las cebollas por la mitad. Saca el interior de las cebollas hasta dejar las dos capas exteriores y corta muy fino las capas interiores. Sofr\u00ede los taquitos de panceta. A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1ade la cebolla cortada y las ramitas de tomillo y de mejorana peladas. Rehoga bien y a\u00f1ade la nata y 1\u00a0dl de caldo. Deja que se haga a fuego lento unos 5\u00a0minutos.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ralla fino el Emmentaler AOC. Escurre bien las patatas y mach\u00e1calas con un tenedor. Mezcla las patatas y \u00be del queso con el sofrito de cebolla. Condimenta con sal, pimienta y nuez moscada.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vierte el relleno en los huecos de las cebollas, col\u00f3calas en una bandeja para gratinar y a\u00f1ade el caldo. Cubre con papel de aluminio y hornea en la altura media a 200\u00ba durante 20\u00a0minutos.
