Ralla los calabacines, las zanahorias y el Emmentaler AOC con el rallador de r\u00f6sti. Pica fino el or\u00e9gano y el ajo. M\u00e9zclalo todo y condimenta con sal y pimienta.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Humedece el pan de pita con un poco de agua. Corta con cuidado el borde a lo largo aprox. 1\u00a0cm y separa las mitades. Unta 6 mitades del pan de pita con pesto rojo. Reparte la mezcla de queso y calabac\u00edn por encima y col\u00f3calas en una bandeja de horno. M\u00e9telas en el horno precalentado a 220\u00ba durante 5\u00a0minutos. Coloca la tapa del pan de pita y presiona bien. Hornea otros 2-3\u00a0minutos.
