Corta el calabac\u00edn en rodajas gruesas de aprox. 7\u00a0mm. Pica fino el perejil y la cebolla. Calienta aceite en una sart\u00e9n grande y apta para horno, y fr\u00ede las patatas. A\u00f1ade la cebolla, el perejil y el calabac\u00edn, condimenta con sal y pimienta, y sigue friendo unos 10\u00a0minutos removiendo de vez en cuando. Despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1ade el ajo prensado. Corta los tomates por la mitad y a\u00f1\u00e1delos tambi\u00e9n.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bate los huevos con la leche y saz\u00f3nalos. Corta el Emmentaler AOP Bio en dados peque\u00f1os. A\u00f1ade el queso y la mezcla a la verdura. Mete la sart\u00e9n en el horno a 200\u00ba en la altura media y hornea durante 15-20 minutos.
