Luego, \u00e9chalas en un escurridor y dales un golpe de agua fr\u00eda. Estr\u00fajalas y c\u00f3rtalas en trozos grandes. Tuesta un poco los pi\u00f1ones en una sart\u00e9n sin aceite. Bate los huevos y m\u00e9zclalos con el Emmentaler AOP y el queso quark. Prensa el ajo y condimenta con tomillo, sal y pimienta. Corta los tomates en trocitos peque\u00f1os y \u00e9chalos a la mezcla con las espinacas y los pi\u00f1ones. M\u00e9zclalo bien.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Engrasa un poco la bandeja para el horno. Pinta una hoja de masa con aceite y col\u00f3cala en la bandeja. Consecutivamente, pinta todas las hojas con aceite y col\u00f3calas ligeramente desplazadas. Espolvorea la base con pan rallado. Rellena con la masa de espinacas.
