Corta los esp\u00e1rragos en trozos longitudinales de unos 1,5\u00a0cm. Cu\u00e9celos en agua hirviendo con sal durante 3 minutos. Despu\u00e9s, \u00e9chale agua fr\u00eda.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta el Emmentaler AOC en peque\u00f1os dados. A continuaci\u00f3n, separa la yema de los huevos.
