Envuelve 2 o 3 esp\u00e1rragos con las lonchas de jam\u00f3n y ponlos unos al lado de otros en una bandeja para gratinar untada con mantequilla.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ralla fino el Eidgenoss. Trocea un poco las hojas de albahaca y haz un pur\u00e9 con el queso, la albahaca y la nata. A\u00f1ade la yema de huevo sin dejar de remover. Condimenta con sal y pimienta.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vierte la mezcla sobre los esp\u00e1rragos.
