Bate los huevos y m\u00e9zclalos con las patatas con sal y harina. Distribuye la masa de manera homog\u00e9nea en una bandeja con papel de horno (de aprox. 30 x 40 cm). Hornea a 220\u00ba en la parte inferior del horno durante 20 minutos.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mientras tanto, corta la cebolla en aros finos, pica el ajo y reh\u00f3galos en aceite. A\u00f1ade el tomate y coc\u00ednalo a fuego lento durante 15 minutos. Condimenta con sal y pimienta.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ralla el Emmentaler con el rallador de r\u00f6sti. Corta el jam\u00f3n en tiras. Extiende la salsa de tomate en la base de patata. Reparte el jam\u00f3n, las aceitunas y el queso. Hornea otros 10\u00a0minutos.
