Saca los granos de la mazorca con un cuchillo, tendr\u00e1s aprox. 500\u00a0g de granos de ma\u00edz. Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n el caldo con los granos de ma\u00edz, y deja a fuego lento 20 minutos. Tritura todo lo m\u00e1s fino posible. A\u00f1ade la polenta y deja a fuego lento 10 minutos m\u00e1s. Remueve con frecuencia. A\u00f1ade el Emmentaler AOP rallado y condimenta con sal y pimienta.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mientras se hace la polenta, parte los pimientos por la mitad, qu\u00edtales las pepitas y c\u00f3rtalos en tiras de aprox. 1\u00a0cm de ancho. Corta la cebolla por la mitad y troc\u00e9ala en juliana. Pica el ajo muy fino. Calienta un poco el aceite de oliva. Rehoga el pimiento, la cebolla y el ajo, y condimenta con sal y pimienta. Deja que se hagan tapados durante 15 minutos. Corta los tomates en dados, a\u00f1ade 1\u00a0dl de agua y deja cocer 10 minutos. A\u00f1ade el vinagre bals\u00e1mico y sazona.
