Corta el Emmentaler AOP, el pimiento y los albaricoques en peque\u00f1os dados de aprox. 1 cm. Corta fino las cebolletas, con la parte verde.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezcla el queso quark con la mostaza y la mejorana. Echa todos los ingredientes al queso quark, condimenta con sal y pimienta y mezcla bien.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pon papel transparente en 4 tazas. Rellena con el tartar de Emmentaler AOP y presiona un poco.
