Corta tambi\u00e9n la cebolla, el perejil y el ajo muy fino. Rehoga las cebollas y el ajo en aceite caliente. A\u00f1ade el puerro y reh\u00f3galo tambi\u00e9n durante 1-2 minutos. A\u00f1ade el vino blanco y deja que reduzca un poco. A\u00f1ade el caldo y el comino, y deja cocer a fuego lento 3 minutos.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezcla los taquitos de jam\u00f3n, la nata y el perejil con el puerro, y condimenta con sal, pimienta y nuez moscada. Rompe las l\u00e1minas de lasa\u00f1a en trozos de unos 5\u00a0cm. Distribuye un tercio de los trozos en una bandeja para horno (aprox. 20\u00a0x\u00a030\u00a0cm) o en moldes individuales. Reparte un tercio del puerro y esparce una cucharada de Emmentaler AOC por encima. Repite estos pasos hasta que se acaben las l\u00e1minas de lasa\u00f1a y el puerro.
