Luego, d\u00e9jalo enfriar.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta los r\u00e1banos en cuatro trozos, el colinabo en peque\u00f1os dados y las cebolletas con la parte verde en aros. Corta tambi\u00e9n el Emmentaler AOP en bastoncitos.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exprime el lim\u00f3n y mezcla el zumo de lim\u00f3n, el vinagre, el aceite, la sal y la pimienta hasta formar una salsa.
