Deja que se sequen. Corta el Emmentaler AOP en trozos de aprox. 7 mm. Cubre las 4 mitades de endivia con lonchas de queso y c\u00fabrelas con las otras mitades. Luego, enrr\u00f3llalas con el jam\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escurre las patatas y p\u00e1salas por un colador chino. Pica fino el perejil, echa la piel de lim\u00f3n y la leche con las patatas y m\u00e9zclalo todo bien. Condimenta con sal y pimienta.
