Corta la cebolla en trocitos. Calienta el aceite de los tomates en una sart\u00e9n. Fr\u00ede los pimientos y la cebolla 5 minutos y condimenta con sal y pimienta.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezcla el vinagre, el aceite de oliva, la sal y la pimienta. A\u00f1ade los pimientos y las cebollas y deja enfriar.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta en tiras los tomates secos y el Emmentaler AOP en dados. Separa las hojitas de albahaca de los tallos.
