Esc\u00e1ldalas durante 5 minutos en abundante agua hirviendo con sal. Despu\u00e9s, esc\u00farrelas y enfr\u00edalas con agua fr\u00eda. Estruja un poco la col rizada.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, pela las patatas y c\u00f3rtalas en rodajas finas de 5\u00a0mm. Cu\u00e9celas en agua hirviendo con sal hasta que se ablanden durante aprox. 5 minutos.\u00a0 Pela las peras y c\u00f3rtalas en gajos. Pon las patatas y las peras en una bandeja para gratinar, y reparte la col rizada por encima.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ralla fino el Emmentaler AOC. Bate los huevos con la leche, el queso quark, la mostaza y 100\u00a0g de queso. Condimenta con sal y pimienta y vierte la mezcla por encima de la col rizada. Mete la bandeja en el horno precalentado a 180\u00ba durante 15\u00a0minutos.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trocea las nueces, m\u00e9zclalas con el resto del queso y \u00e9chalas para que se gratinen.
