Bate el huevo hasta que quede espumoso. Mezcla el aceite de colza, la leche, el jam\u00f3n, el Emmentaler DOP y el perejil. Condimenta con mostaza, sal, pimienta y nuez moscada.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamiza la harina y la levadura, y haz una masa consistente. Rellena con la masa un molde para bizcocho cubierto con papel de horno de aprox. 26\u00a0cm de largo. Hornea a 200\u00ba en la parte inferior del horno durante 45 minutos.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezcla vinagre, aceite, sal y pimienta para el ali\u00f1o. Pela las naranjas, c\u00f3rtalas en trozos y \u00e9chalas en la salsa.
