A\u00f1ade la mantequilla y trabaja la mezcla de harina con los dedos para que queden grumos. A\u00f1ade agua y amasa hasta que quede uniforme. Deja enfr\u00edar la masa alrededor de una hora.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta las hojas verdes de las acelgas y los tallos por separado en tiras anchas de 1\u00a0cm. Calienta aceite y rehoga los tallos durante 3-4 minutos. A\u00f1ade las hojas y sigue rehogando hasta que se desmoronen. Prensa el ajo y condimenta con sal y pimienta. Luego, deja que se enfr\u00ede.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desenrolla la masa y col\u00f3cala en la bandeja para horno. Pincha la base varias veces con un tenedor. Esparce 50\u00a0g de Emmentaler AOC sobre ella. Reparte las acelgas. Mezcla los huevos con la nata, la leche y el resto de queso.
