Condimenta con piment\u00f3n, un poco de nuez moscada rallada, sal y pimienta. Distribuye la mezcla en las rebanadas de pan.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezcla el aceite de colza, el vinagre de manzana, la salsa Worcestershire, la sal y la pimienta hasta crear una salsa. Corta la pera en cuatro trozos, qu\u00edtale las pepitas y c\u00f3rtala en gajos. Luego, corta los tallos de apio con la parte verde en rodajas y tiras. Mezcla los gajos de pera y los tallos de apio con el ali\u00f1o.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parte tambi\u00e9n las setas en dos o cuatro trozos, seg\u00fan el tama\u00f1o. Despu\u00e9s, calienta el aceite de oliva y fr\u00ede las setas un par de minutos a fuego fuerte. Condimenta con tomillo, sal y pimienta, echa las setas en la ensalada y m\u00e9zclalo todo bien.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gratina las tostas de queso unos 3 minutos con el grill del horno precalentado hasta que est\u00e9n doradas.
