Luego, echa la s\u00e9mola sin dejar de remover. Deja cocer a fuego lento unos 5-10 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando. Despu\u00e9s, deja que se enfr\u00ede un poco.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ralla fino el Emmentaler AOC. Tuesta los pi\u00f1ones en una sart\u00e9n sin aceite hasta que est\u00e9n dorados.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezcla las yemas de huevo y la mitad del queso con la s\u00e9mola, y condimenta con sal y pimienta. Extiende la mezcla con un grosor de 5-7\u00a0mm en una bandeja cubierta con papel de horno, y deja que se enfr\u00ede.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta la cebolla muy fina y reh\u00f3gala en aceite. A\u00f1ade los tomates y cocina a fuego lento 10 minutos. A\u00f1ade las bolitas de carne de salchicha y condimenta con sal y pimienta. Vi\u00e9rtelo todo en una bandeja para gratinar.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta la masa de s\u00e9mola en trozos y distrib\u00fayela entre las bolitas de carne. Separa las hojitas de mejorana de los tallos y esparce el resto de queso y los pi\u00f1ones sobre los trozos de s\u00e9mola.
