Trocea las nueces. Separa las hojitas de mejorana de los tallos. Corta el cicorino en tiras anchas. Corta tambi\u00e9n los albaricoques y la cebolla en tiras finas.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hierve los \u00f1oquis en agua con sal durante 2-3 minutos. Cuela el agua y mant\u00e9n los \u00f1oquis en caliente.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calienta aceite en una sart\u00e9n grande y saltea la cebolla. A\u00f1ade el cicorino, los albaricoques y las nueces, y dale vueltas durante 2-3 minutos hasta que el cicorino se desmorone. A\u00f1ade el vinagre bals\u00e1mico y condimenta con sal y pimienta. A\u00f1ade los \u00f1oquis y la mejorana y m\u00e9zclalo todo bien.
