Calienta aceite en una olla y dora el roti y la verdura. Luego, vierte el vino blanco. Ponlo todo en la parte central del horno precalentado a 160\u00ba durante \u00bd hora. Ri\u00e9galo de vez en cuando con vino.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trasvasa el l\u00edquido a una olla y red\u00facelo a la mitad a fuego fuerte. Mezcla la mantequilla con la batidora.
